Social Media Creator - Dubai
Example is an independent creative and communications agency with offices in Sydney and Dubai.
We work across hospitality, F&B, hotels, drinks, lifestyle, and property - with clients including Bacardi-Martini, Accor, Blue Coral and InterContinental.
Our work is earned-first: strategy, story, and creative that makes brands the ones people choose, return to and recommend without being asked.
It's a creator role first and a social manager second.
The right person makes the content themselves.
You'll hold the camera, write the captions, edit the reels, produce the shoots, and bring an original creative point of view to every post.
You'll reference culture fluently, develop new ideas as the standard rather than the exception, and treat each venue as a brand world you get to build through content.
What You'Ll Own
- **The creative point of view on every venue social channel.**
- Tone, taste, story, edit style.
- **Monthly content calendars.**
- Built, executed, and continually refined to tell each brand's story week by week, series by series.
- **Original content ideation across every account.**
- New series, new formats, new ideas each month - briefed up rather than down.
- **End-to-end production of phone-first content.**
- Shooting, editing, captioning, posting.
- **Production direction on bigger content moments**

- Bringing in the right creator or videographer when the brief warrants it.
- **A live reference and trend pipeline.**
- What's working culturally right now, what we should respond to, what we should anticipate - logged and shared with the team weekly.
- **Cultural and creative inputs**
- back into Strategy and Earned Culture and Talent Director.
- What lands on social informs the wider work the agency makes.
- **Relationships with in-venue ops, F&B, and reservations teams.**
- Building the access that makes great content possible.
- **Performance reporting**
- that feeds insight back into content decisions.
- **Lightweight creator and talent partnerships**
- the ones that live on the channel day to day.
What You'Ll Bring
- Three to seven years' experience across agency, brand, content studio, or independent work.
- A body of self-shot, self-edited work, including original content series you've conceived and made yourself. Phone-first, with real camera literacy a bonus.
- Experience working with hospitality, F&B, fashion, beauty, or culture-led consumer brands.
- Cultural fluency across music, fashion, food, art, sport.
- Confidence directing a creator or videographer when the moment calls for it.
- Operational rigour. Templates, response banks, content calendars, and approval workflows that hold up without you in the room.
- Dubai-based, with strong existing access to the F&B, hospitality, and local content scene.
- A genuine feel for the region. You understand how Dubai differs from Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh in tone and audience.
