We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media management, content creation, video production, and digital marketing.
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging real estate content, managing social media platforms, and building our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging real estate content strategies.
- Develop creative concepts and write scripts for reels, property videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Handle property shoots, agent/company shoots, and on-site video production.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality reels, walkthrough videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging short-form videos with trending formats, transitions, captions, and effects.
- Design social media creatives, property posts, banners, and marketing materials using graphic design tools.
- Perform video editing, graphic designing, and content optimization for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to highlight property listings, launches, and company updates.
- Stay updated with social media trends, real estate marketing trends, and new content ideas.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital media.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting, reel making, and editing.
- Strong script writing and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, trends, and branding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Real estate industry experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Photography/videography skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, reels strategy, and digital marketing.
- Ability to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
