Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options based on client needs and budgets.

Responsibilities

include advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with landlords, developers, and other partners, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing.

The role also involves maintaining an updated property portfolio, listing and marketing properties across digital channels, and ensuring all activities comply with local real estate regulations.

The Real Estate Agent will provide consistent follow-up and after-sales service to build long-term client relationships and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, preferably in the Dubai or UAE market.
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, client relationship management, and follow-through.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages (such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or German) are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, property types, and current market trends in Dubai.
  • Comfort with digital tools for property listings, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
