Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow multiple brand social media accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across various platforms while ensuring each brand maintains a consistent voice, identity, and engagement strategy.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple brands across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each brand's objectives, target audience, and market positioning.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content according to approved content calendars.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and escalate customer inquiries when required.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications and content.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for multiple brands.
  • Write compelling captions, social media copy, blog content, website content, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all accounts.
  • Adapt content formats and messaging to suit different platforms and audience segments.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to gather content and develop creative concepts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify content opportunities and best practices.
  • Assist with influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth across all managed accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content, preferably across multiple brands.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and brand requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Basic photography, graphic design, and video editing skills are an advantage.
