About This Role
Digital, Motion & Video Content Specialist
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and video editing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling through design, and the ability to create engaging content tailored for modern digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with previous agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple creative projects, and understands the demands of digital marketing and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and visually impactful creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, email marketing, and other branding materials
- Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual content for digital and social platforms
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and branded content
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visual communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communication channels
- Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion techniques, and social media content styles
- Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion graphics, and video editing work
- Previous agency experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills
Software Skills
- Must be proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe Lightroom (photo color correction and enhancement)
- CorelDRAW (printing and signage)
- Procreate (iPad illustration)
- Krita (free digital painting software)
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Animation and kinetic typography
- Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency environment.
Ideal Candidate
A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and digital content creation, capable of combining static graphics, motion design, and video editing to produce impactful and engaging brand content across digital platforms.
