We Are Hiring \| Social Media Content Creator Dubai, UAE
We are a leading Technical Services & Facility Management company in Dubai.
We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator / Videographer to capture our work, tell our story, and grow our social media presence through engaging short-form video.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites to shoot high-quality video and photos of operations.
- Edit fast-paced, engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Write catchy captions and choose trending audio.
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to make technical services look exciting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to highlight our premium services.
- Build a complete 12-month content and branding strategy, including clear KPIs, growth targets, and expected achievements
- Present a clear vision of the company’s digital growth and expected marketing outcomes over the next year
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
- Strong mobile or desktop video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Ability to script, shoot, and edit independently.
- Comfortable operating on busy project sites and technical environments.
- Excellent storytelling and understanding of social media algorithms.
- Based in Dubai with a portfolio of video work to share.
