About This Role

OneAsset is an ambitious startup building something meaningfully different in the RWA space. We operate at the intersection of real estate, finance, and blockchain, with a focus on credibility, structure, and long-term market trust.

We are building in a fast-evolving category, and this is an opportunity to join early and help shape how the brand grows. You’ll work closely with leadership, take real ownership, and play a visible role across social media, community, campaigns, and market-facing execution.

About The Role This is a high-ownership role for someone who is sharp, hands-on, operationally strong, and good with people. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organised, and keep multiple moving parts running smoothly in a fast-moving startup environment.

The scope is broad because we are a lean team, but the role is not about doing everything at once. It’s about being systematic, responsive, and reliable; someone who can execute quickly, communicate clearly, and keep workstreams moving without letting details slip.

You should be strong in English, comfortable working across channels and community touchpoints, and able to adapt to a more institutional, brand-conscious tone.

Role Overview

This role combines:

  • KOL and guest sourcing support
  • contributor / ambassador program support

You will own day-to-day channel and community execution, help activate the right audience, and support campaigns from launch through follow-through.

You should be comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, repurposing, formatting, and workflow efficiency. Familiarity with basic design tools is also useful for creating simple supporting assets when needed, while larger creative work will be handled with the design team.

This role requires strong operational discipline, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly without becoming messy.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Execution

  • Manage OneAsset’s day-to-day presence across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Draft, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand priorities and tone
  • Adapt approved ideas into platform-native content formats
  • Monitor post performance and flag useful insights or adjustments

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a high-quality community around the brand
  • Reply, engage, moderate, and keep conversations active and relevant
  • Identify and onboard aligned community members, contributors, and supporters
  • Surface useful community feedback, recurring themes, and strong voices internally
  • Moderate spam and maintain signal quality across public-facing channels

Campaign & Quest Operations

  • Execute community and growth campaigns across platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, or similar tools
  • Support contributor / ambassador programs, including task posting, tracking, approvals, and check-ins
  • Keep campaign timelines, mechanics, and participation flows organised
  • Ensure campaign execution is clean, timely, and properly tracked

X Spaces & Guest Pipeline

  • Organise X Spaces end-to-end, including topics, guest outreach, confirmations, run-of-show, and recap
  • Build and maintain a usable pipeline of relevant KOLs, guests, and ecosystem collaborators
  • Support first-touch outreach and follow-up for Spaces and campaign participation
  • Keep all outreach and guest tracking updated and visible

Community Support During MVP / Campaign Phases

  • Support Discord and community activity during active MVP or campaign windows
  • Help onboard contributors or testers into the right channels and flows
  • Support announcements, participation reminders, and feedback collection where needed
  • Help convert social interest into active participation

Reporting & Operational Discipline

  • Submit weekly reports on time, including metrics, links, wins, risks, and next week’s plan
  • Maintain clean and current trackers across outreach, campaigns, submissions, and task status
  • Flag blockers early and keep workstreams visible
  • Follow through on agreed actions without repeated reminders

What We Are Looking For

Core Skills

  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media, community, campaign operations, or growth roles in Web3, fintech, startups, or adjacent sectors
  • Strong understanding of platform-native content and social behavior, especially on X
  • Strong written English and the ability to adapt to a credible, clear, and professional brand tone
  • Experience managing social accounts, communities, campaigns, or contributor programs
  • Strong operational discipline: organised, responsive, detail-oriented, and good at follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple workflows at once without losing quality
  • Confident handling outreach, tracking, and community activation
  • Experience running X Spaces, Discord communities, or ambassador programs

Market & Brand Understanding

  • Good understanding of financial markets, macro narratives, and how market developments shape content and conversation
  • Ability to identify what is timely, relevant, and worth amplifying from both a market and brand perspective
  • Strong instinct for branding and positioning — able to tell the difference between content that builds trust and content that creates noise
  • Sensitivity to tone, reputation, and how OneAsset should present itself publicly in a serious market category

Tools & Execution

  • Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, copy support, repurposing, and workflow efficiency
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for simple supporting assets
  • Able to create basic visuals, resise assets, or prepare draft content when needed
  • Comfortable working with Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Lark, or similar collaboration tools

  • Strong judgment on what to post, what to engage with, and what is worth amplifying
  • Able to distinguish signal from noise in Web3 and financial-market conversations
  • High ownership, low ego, and strong accountability
  • Learns quickly, takes feedback well, and improves fast
  • Comfortable moving fast without becoming sloppy
  • Good with people, able to engage a community naturally while staying professional

Nice to Have

  • Experience in RWAs, tokenisation, real estate, DeFi, or broader digital asset markets
  • Experience with KOL sourcing, guest outreach, and campaign collaborations
  • Basic analytics and reporting ability across social and community channels

  • Social posting and channel execution across owned platforms
  • Community engagement, moderation, and quality onboarding
  • Guest outreach and X Spaces pipeline management
  • Weekly report submitted every Friday
  • Campaign / quest operations and contributor tracking
  • Tracker hygiene maintained across outreach, submissions, approvals, and statuses

Biweekly Deliverables

  • 1 X Space end-to-end, including topic, guests, ops, and recap within 24 hours

Community / Campaign Support Deliverables

  • Discord and community support during active MVP or campaign phases
  • Contributor support, participation reminders, and feedback loop assistance where required
