We are seeking an
AI-Native UI/UX Designer
to join our core team.
This is a high-stakes role for a designer who understands that the future of FinTech isn't just about static dashboards, but about designing interfaces for Human-AI Collaboration.
Working directly with our Head of Product and CTO, you will design the "Command Center" that makes autonomous trading visible, explainable, and safe.
The mandate is to lead the frontier of Agentic UX: designing how users interact with, monitor, and intervene in AI-driven workflows.
This is a role for a product builder who treats AI (like Claude, Cursor, and Midjourney) as their primary leverage to design and prototype at a pace that traditional workflows cannot match.
The Mission
Your objective is to design the interface that makes autonomous asset management feel intuitive rather than opaque.
You will be responsible for the "Trust Layer"—the visual systems that explain
*why*
an AI agent is making a trade, how capital is being protected, and how a human can seamlessly step in.
You will define the visual language of agentic finance for OneAsset.
AI-First Product Design
- Agentic Orchestration UX: Design interfaces that allow users to deploy, monitor, and "prompt" financial agents across traditional and digital asset classes.
- Explainable AI (XAI): Create visual patterns that surface the "reasoning" behind autonomous trades in real-time, moving beyond simple charts into decision-flow visualizations.
- High-Stakes Control Systems: Design "circuit-breaker" interfaces and intervention points that allow humans to override autonomous systems safely and instantly.
AI-Native Development & R&D
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Lead the design process by leveraging AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, v0, etc.) to rapidly generate, iterate, and test UI components.
- Interactive Prototyping: Build high-fidelity simulations of live trading environments where users can see AI agents interacting with market volatility.
- Design System Evolution: Build and maintain an atomic design system where UI elements adapt based on the confidence levels of the underlying AI models.
Operational Excellence
- Data Density & Clarity: Architect dashboards that manage the cognitive load of 24/7 global markets, ensuring critical alerts and AI signals are never missed.
- Technical Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with backend engineers to ensure your designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy and low-latency data rendering.
Experience & Background
- FinTech/Crypto Roots: 3+ years in UI/UX, with a deep understanding of trading realities (order books, slippage, margin, and liquidation).
- AI-Native Literacy: You don't just use Figma; you are an early adopter of AI-driven design tools and understand the UX challenges of LLMs and agentic loops.
- Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio showcasing deep-logic products (trading terminals, AI workflows, or complex SaaS) rather than standard B2C apps.
