Social Media and Marketing
About This Role
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create high‑quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) that aligns with brand identity
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner
- Capture on‑site content during restaurant service, special events, and promotions
- Collaborate with chefs, event planners, and management to highlight menu items, experiences, and brand stories
- Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all channels
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events, seasonal menus, and promotions
- Coordinate with partners, influencers, and vendors for collaborations
- Support email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty program communications
- Assist in designing marketing materials (flyers, menus, banners, digital ads)
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth)
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize content and strategy based on data
- Capture guest experiences, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and highlight reels
