Social Media and Content Coordinator

Role overview

Social media coordination

• Create and publish daily Instagram Stories; repost customer, creator and brand-related content.
• Manage comments, direct messages and community engagement; draft captions for approval and schedule approved content.
• Maintain content calendars and workflows in Notion and Metricool; monitor trends, save references and flag content opportunities.
• Pull basic analytics, organize reporting and support creator and influencer tracking when needed.

On-location content support

• Occasionally join shoots at restaurant locations across the GTA to capture vertical video, UGC-style content and behind-the-scenes content.
• Support the creative team during shoots and help capture social assets for upcoming content.
• On-site shoot work is compensated separately from the base monthly role.

Candidate profile

• Collaborative, communicative, organized and dependable; able to take direction, contribute ideas and manage multiple accounts.
• Understands Instagram and TikTok trends and culture, adapts writing tone between brands, and has strong creative instincts and visual taste.
• Based in the GTA and able to attend occasional on-location shoots; has a strong eye for framing, lighting, composition and short-form content.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Metricool, Notion or similar tools, or willingness to learn them.
• Hospitality, lifestyle brand, agency or content creation experience is an asset; the agency seeks someone interested in a long-term opportunity.

Compensation

• Approximately $1,500–$1,700 per month depending on experience and final scope.
• Additional compensation is provided for on-site shoot support when required.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid/remote in the Greater Toronto Area, with occasional on-location shoots at GTA restaurant locations.
