We are hunting for a creative yet analytical **SMM Specialist & Meta Media Buyer** who can seamlessly combine high-end content creation with performance-driven paid social strategies (Instagram/Facebook).

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.

Plan, curate, and produce high-quality content calendars (including copy, visual layouts, Stories, and Reels).

Launch, manage, and scale targeted advertising campaigns directly inside **Meta Ads Manager**.

Create brief specs for graphic designers or leverage modern AI tools to generate high-fidelity marketing assets.

Build custom and lookalike audiences, install Meta Pixels, and continuous optimize for conversions.

Monitor engagement metrics, track lead generation, and deliver comprehensive social media reports.

2+ years of experience handling both organic SMM and Meta paid advertising (a portfolio showing aesthetic visual taste and solid paid social metrics is mandatory).

Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.

An eye for premium aesthetics, visual trends, and engaging video formats (Reels/Shorts).

Experience handling luxury, service-based, or F&B/hospitality brands is a major plus.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
