- Lead floral design and maintain the brand’s signature style
- Create bouquets, arrangements, and seasonal collections
- Manage daily floral operations and quality control
- Train and supervise florists and assistants
- Coordinate flower ordering and stock management
Requirements
- Russian speaker
- 3+ years of professional floristry experience
- Strong design sense and leadership skills
- Experience with premium / event floristry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
