Creative Director, 5x10
We're 5x10, a growth studio building brands, marketing, and products through research and hypothesis testing.
Over 7 years, we've completed 80+ projects for fintech, retail, and sharing economy companies — Paynet, Alif, Ayan, Skyeng, Korzinka.
A Few Examples
- Grew Paynet from 150K to 1.5M active users in a year. We produce 20+ creatives weekly, run 360 campaigns, redesign the app.
- Developed brand and communications for UK fintech Ayan, which raised a £10M seed round and became a top-3 Islamic fintech startup in the UK.
- We operate in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan), UAE, and the UK.
- Team of 45, fully remote.
- The problem:
- we do great work, but few people know about us.
- We have 80+ case studies, hundreds of visuals, results with numbers.
- We need someone to turn this into content that attracts clients.
What You'Ll Do
Package case studies and publish content across all studio channels.
Specifically
- Gather materials from the team after project completion (talk to project managers, designers, founders)
- Package case studies into text: challenge → solution → result (with numbers, no fluff)
- Write posts for social media platforms (2-3 per week): case studies, expert opinions, industry insights
- Adapt content for different formats: long post for Facebook, short for Instagram, detailed for Behance
- Coordinate with designers (brief on visuals, provide references, review results)
- Publish content on FB, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble, Pinterest
- Publish daily visuals (illustrations, 3D, video) created by the team
- Prepare materials for partner channels
- Collect analytics: what works, what doesn't, which content brings leads
- Deliver weekly reports: what was published, metrics, insights
- Deal cycle:
- content → website visit → inquiry → handoff to sales
Kpis
- 2-3 full posts per week on FB
- 5-7 daily visuals on Instagram/Dribbble
- 1-2 case studies per week on Behance
- +500 Telegram subscribers per month (first 3 months)
- 2-3 inquiries through social media per month (after 2nd month)
Required
- 2-3 years experience in SMM, content marketing, or copywriting
- Experience working with B2B audiences (agencies, product companies, startups)
- Understanding of creative industry (design, branding, marketing)
- Can write: case studies, posts, long-form content (no fluff, concrete, with numbers)
- Know how FB, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble work
- Understand how to gather and package case studies (challenge → solution → result)
- Can work with designers: brief tasks, provide references, review results
- English B2+ (read, write, can adapt texts with AI)
- Self-driven — don't wait for nudges, find materials and solve problems yourself
- Proactive — see what can be improved, suggest ideas
- Communicative — easily engage with team, extract information
- Organized — maintain content calendar, don't miss deadlines
- Well-versed — know how other agencies package cases, follow trends
- Nice to have
- Experience in creative agency or design studio
- Portfolio with examples of case studies you've packaged
- Understanding of metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion (basic level)
- Can work in Figma (basic: cropping, export, simple edits)
- Experience with Notion, Asana, Trello (task management)
Terms
- $2,000 - $3,000 based on interview results
- Fully remote, no office, entities in UAE, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan
