A Few Examples

  • Grew Paynet from 150K to 1.5M active users in a year. We produce 20+ creatives weekly, run 360 campaigns, redesign the app.
  • Developed brand and communications for UK fintech Ayan, which raised a £10M seed round and became a top-3 Islamic fintech startup in the UK.
  • We operate in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan), UAE, and the UK.
  • Team of 45, fully remote.

What You'Ll Do

  • Build a sales department from scratch and establish a stable client pipeline.
  • Develop sales strategy, hire a team, set up processes
  • Establish KPI system and operational processes
  • Bring in 2-3 new clients monthly
  • Lead negotiations at all deal stages
  • Scale sales: Central Asia → MENA → international markets EU/US
  • Deal cycle: 1-2 months (sometimes faster)
  • KPI: 2-3 new clients per month

What'S Required

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience building a sales department from scratch
  • Team management experience: hiring, training, motivation
  • Experience working with large deals ($20K+/month) and long sales cycles
  • Understanding of client business: unit economics, business models, pain points of fintech, ecom, IT companies
  • English C1+ for communication with international clients
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or digital agencies
  • Client base in Central Asia or international experience
  • Outreach experience via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Ambition to enter international markets

Terms

  • Base: $4,000 - $5,000 based on interview results
  • Bonus: percentage of revenue from each client brought in
  • Ready to share margin with both the head and their team
  • Fully remote, no office, entities in UAE, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan
  • Culture of trust and independence
  • Direct reporting to Commercial Director
