Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for Smart Home and Smart Building projects
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors across the Saudi market
  • Follow up on projects from the design stage through tendering, execution, and project completion
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure proper project implementation
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Smart Home technologies
  • Identify potential projects and convert opportunities into successful sales

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Smart Home Solutions or Low Current Systems
  • Proven experience in B2B project sales within the Smart Home or Smart Building industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • KNX (Certification preferred)
  • Zigbee
  • Z-Wave

• WiFi Smart Home Systems

  • Matter Protocol

Sales & Business Development

  • Established relationships with real estate developers, consulting firms, and contractors in Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to generate projects and convert business relationships into actual sales opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Technical & Commercial Skills

  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Ability to review and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Experience in preparing technical and commercial offers
  • Ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • KNX Certification or strong hands-on KNX implementation experience
  • Strong network within the Saudi real estate and construction sectors
  • Experience working on large-scale Smart Home and Smart Building projects
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
