Job Title: Smart Home Project Manager Location: KSA – On-site Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of smart home projects.
The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, coordination across teams, and maintaining high-quality standards for all smart home installations and solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in smart home systems or technology-based projects, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.
- Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Smart Home, ELV, or technology-related projects.
- Prior experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Male candidates preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in smart home automation, IoT systems, or ELV solutions.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English
