Smart Contract Engineer

• We are seeking a Smart Contract Engineer to design and implement next-generation protocol primitives that enable machine-verifiable commitments, state attestations, and autonomous coordination across decentralized environments.
• This role sits at the intersection of protocol research and systems engineering, contributing to the foundations of next-generation physical intelligence systems — where digital protocols coordinate and verify actions across real-world environments
• ****Responsibilities:****
• Design cryptoeconomic systems enabling verifiable commitments and programmable state transitions
• Research identity, attestation, and reputation primitives within decentralized environments
• Develop mechanisms for secure cross-network coordination and trust minimization
• Formalize security assumptions and adversarial models for protocol components
• Prototype and benchmark new consensus or validation schemes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize research outputs
• Author technical specifications and research documentation
• Contribute to audits and formal security reviews
• Engage with the broader research community where appropriate
• Engage with the broader research community, including opportunities to contribute to publications, open-source research, and intellectual property
• ****Qualifications:****
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, cryptography, or applied mathematics
• Experience designing blockchain or decentralized protocol mechanisms
• Deep understanding of consensus systems and cryptoeconomic incentives
• Familiarity with digital identity, attestation systems, or verifiable data models
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, or similar systems-level languages
• Ability to move from theoretical design to implementation

• Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID) or credential frameworks
