Site Supervisor – ICT/ELV

Role Overview

Site Supervision and Delivery

• Supervise and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of ICT and ELV systems at site.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors and ensure daily activities are completed according to the project plan.
• Manage installation and testing of structured cabling, fiber optic, CCTV, access control, WAP, PA, fire alarm, IPTV, and other ELV systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, installation layouts, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical and installation issues.
• Monitor site progress and report work status, pending activities, and technical issues to the Project Manager.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of ICT/ELV systems and ensure proper system integration.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available according to project requirements.
• Support handover activities, including testing reports, as-built documentation, O&M documents, and client training.
• Ensure all site activities are completed according to approved quality and safety standards.

Pay

• Pay range: SAR 1,000 to SAR 6,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work location is in person.
• Riyadh is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to supervise ICT and ELV system installation, testing, and commissioning at site.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic, CCTV, access control, WAP, PA, fire alarm, IPTV, and other ELV systems.
• Ability to review shop drawings, installation layouts, and as-built documentation.
• Ability to perform ICT/ELV system testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Ability to ensure work complies with approved drawings, project requirements, quality standards, and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to support project handover through testing reports, O&M documents, as-built documentation, and client training.
