Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media; develop ideas, calendars, and campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Research keywords and competitors to identify content opportunities.
• Apply on-page SEO to titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and image alt text.
• Write SEO-friendly articles, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing content; optimize existing content for visibility and traffic.
• Create social captions, short-form video scripts, and promotional content for different platforms.
• Monitor performance and SEO metrics in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console; conduct basic SEO audits.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, readability, and brand alignment; follow SEO and digital content trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams on content and SEO initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, English, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, or SEO.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills; excellent command of English.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar; content management system familiarity.
• Experience creating website, blog, and social media content; understanding of performance metrics and competitor research.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong Arabic writing is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in technology, software, or B2B industries; knowledge of technical SEO such as indexing, crawlability, redirects, and site structure.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and content optimization platforms.
• Basic image editing, Canva, or short-form video editing skills.
• Portfolio of published content demonstrating quality and SEO knowledge; Saudi-market experience and audience understanding.

Compensation

• Pay is SAR 5,000–7,000 per month.
