Workplace

Site Supervision
- Oversee the progress of all construction activities.
- Review daily construction work and suggest improvement measures.
- Ensure project completion according to the set timeline.
- Communicate progress reports to the Construction Project Manager.
Safety and Emergency Management
- Ensure workers follow health and safety regulations and industry safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections to identify safety hazards.
- Perform first aid during emergencies.
- Handle on-site accidents with care and awareness.
- Ensure emergency equipment is available and operational.
Workers, Materials, and Equipment
- Hire and evaluate the performance of on-site workers.
- Maintain accurate attendance reports for construction site workers.
- Check inventory and place orders for building materials.
- Ensure equipment is in working order and good condition.
Role Requirements
- Ability to interpret building plans and construction blueprints.
- Ability to follow and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform first aid during emergencies.
Compensation
- Pay: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
