Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop drawings from architectural concepts, site measurements, and project requirements; create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Revise drawings based on architect and client feedback and ensure compliance with project specifications, dimensions, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, design teams, and site teams.
- Prepare detailed drawings for execution and construction; assist with BOQ, material details, and documentation when required.
- Conduct site visits, update drawings for site conditions, and maintain organized project drawings with version control.
Requirements and skills
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of architectural drafting, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills and ability to work within deadlines.
- Revit or SketchUp knowledge is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month.
