Overview
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for fit-out projects (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP finishes).
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Enforce compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
- Report and address safety incidents, hazards, or near-misses immediately.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing short-term programs and lookahead schedules.
