Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out work.
- Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Track progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and update the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate material, tool, and equipment delivery and storage.
- Perform quality checks and resolve technical or site issues.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.
- Manage workforce organization and productivity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, civil engineering, or a related field is accepted.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- English and Hindi proficiency are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
