Business development manager focused on growing opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build client relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage leads, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of business development experience; interior fit-out, construction, or related UAE industry experience is preferred.
- Strong network in UAE real estate, construction, or design sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Monthly pay is AED 9,000–10,000, with performance-based incentives also offered.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
