Role overview
Lead security operations and maintain a safe, secure environment within a datacenter.
Report to the Campus Security Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop site security teams through training and performance management.
- Oversee daily security operations and compliance with site procedures.
- Manage CCTV, access control, and incident reporting systems.
- Maintain security documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Identify security risks and implement resilience improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact in the Campus Security Manager's absence.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.
- Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility with working hours and emergency response requirements.
