Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, check supporting documents, assist with payment schedules, and coordinate vendor payments.
- Prepare customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain account and collection records.
- Maintain accounting records and financial databases and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and filed.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Support payroll data coordination and verify employee reimbursement claims and documentation.
- Prepare routine financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis; support month-end and year-end closing.
- Follow financial policies, maintain organized financial documentation, assist with audit requests, and provide departmental administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative functions; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or a similar ERP system is an advantage.
