Role overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor availability and system health; build automation to optimize service and platform uptime.
• Maintain business-critical OCI and GCP systems and provide on-call support as required.
• Improve infrastructure, tooling, processes, reliability, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of SRE experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of OCI, GCP, compute, storage, networking, databases, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure-as-code deployment with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Operating-system troubleshooting exposure across Oracle Linux, SUSE, Rocky Linux, and Windows.
• Monitoring and alerting with Grafana and Prometheus; database deployment and troubleshooting experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, infrastructure as code, automated deployment, and SRE principles.
• Incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, production support, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of generative AI and LLM concepts and basic AI-assisted automation, including accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible use.
• Oracle 19c, RAC, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and GoldenGate knowledge is an asset.

Compensation

• Hiring range is $68,000–$93,500 per year.
