The position is Site Manager (Luxury Furniture).
The job description identifies Dubai as the work location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise luxury furniture installation projects on-site from start through handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Prepare site progress reports and coordinate material deliveries and workforce requirements.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Experience in luxury furniture, fit-out, joinery, or interior projects is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of furniture installation, joinery, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
