Overview
- Act as the Company's representative and primary point of contact with the Client regarding construction progress and site activities.
- Serve as the Company's representative in all interactions with subcontractors.
- Manage and supervise the construction team on site.
- Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports to both the Company and the Client.
- Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the Client, particularly during shutdown periods when close coordination is required.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor construction activities, including planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and execution.
- Ensure that all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures are properly implemented and adhered to on site.
- Ensure compliance with QA procedures and oversee QC activities to maintain the required quality standards.
