• This position plays a key role in supporting safe, reliable plant operations through hands-on mechanical maintenance leadership, troubleshooting, and outage execution within a highly regulated nuclear framework.
• 🔧 Role Overview
• You will be responsible for supervising and supporting mechanical maintenance activities across plant systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Key focus areas include:
• Mechanical maintenance execution & supervision
• Troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment
• Outage / shutdown / turnaround support
• Contractor oversight and work quality assurance
• Procedure compliance (CoM, QA, regulatory frameworks)
• Continuous improvement through root cause analysis and operating experience
• Support to testing activities and plant performance programs
• 🎯 Key Requirements
• 7–10+ years mechanical maintenance experience in power generation or nuclear environments
• Strong background in outage/shutdown maintenance activities
• Proven hands-on troubleshooting experience on mechanical systems
• Experience in regulated environments (nuclear or equivalent high-compliance industries)
• Understanding of maintenance procedures, work control, and safety standards
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate contractors on-site

• Comfortable working under strict regulatory and safety frameworks
