Provides on-site HSE support and assistance to the Department team and works closely with ,Operations and Contractors to help prevent incidents and ensure successful on-site HSE program and Life Saving Rule implementation and monitoring, Responsible for observing and identifying HSE related issues that may affect the department ,facilitate to implement Company’s HSEMS requirements within the department activities to ensure the alignment to Industrial best practices & HSE Standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, Responsible to review and provide the required input to finalize any HSE related documents that requires to carry out the inspection, maintenance & contractor related activities/jobs safely, Conduct Contractor Audits (Pre-mobilization, Pre-execution etc.) and HSE inspections in line with Contractor management procedure, Provide required support to ensure compliance/improvement to Maintenance Management system, AIMS, Environment compliance & Regulatory compliance, Provides support for incident investigation and HSE performance reporting.
