Overview
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects.
Establish, implement, and manage QA/QC activities for mechanical, piping, and pipeline projects in compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Review and approve Quality Plans, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into RFQs, Purchase Orders (POs), and subcontracts.
Conduct vendor and subcontractor audits.
Supervise quality aspects of offshore installation, maintenance, and inspection activities.
Coordinate material and equipment requirements, including preventive maintenance and emergency support.
Monitor contractor workmanship, material quality, and compliance with project quality standards.
Manage inventory levels of spares, consumables, and materials to ensure operational readiness.
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
Good understanding of ADNOC standards and quality requirements.
Experience in mechanical, piping, and pipeline projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
