Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Fit Out Foreman to oversee daily operations on-site, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman will act as a key link between the engineers and the workforce, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction/work crews
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates to engineers and project managers
- Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot problems quickly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in a fit-out/construction company
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions

License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
