About the Role
Mimar Al-Qimmah is hiring a motivated Site Engineer (Civil or Architectural) for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The role supports day-to-day site execution, quality control, and coordination on active construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor quality, conduct inspections/ITPs, and raise/close NCRs and punch lists as needed
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure schedule adherence
- Prepare and submit RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Track progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support look ahead planning
- Verify quantities on site, support BOQ take offs, and assist in progress billing measurements
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and permit to work procedures
- Support site testing, commissioning readiness, and as built documentation
- Assist in procurement follow ups and material logistics to meet program milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 0 1 years' site experience in building projects (structure and/or finishes)
- Saudi nationality (required)
- Valid SCE membership/registration or eligibility to obtain it
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SBC (Saudi Building Code), QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and HSE practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills; ability to work under schedule pressure

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer (Civil or Architectural) with 0–1 years of experience to support day to day site execution, quality control, and coordination across multi discipline activities on active construction projects.
