Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and possess strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and execution documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
- Prepare high-quality 2D architectural designs and convert them into professional 3D models and visualizations.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop detailed execution drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design integration and constructability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Present architectural concepts and design proposals clearly and professionally.
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with additional visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, and V-Ray is highly preferred.
- Excellent ability to create architectural designs in both 2D and 3D.
- Very strong experience in preparing shop drawings and detailed construction/execution drawings.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- A professional portfolio showcasing architectural, 3D visualization, and technical drawing work.
