Job Description

• We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer (Marine) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• In this role, you will oversee marine construction projects, ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex offshore and coastal construction activities while maintaining meticulous attention to technical details.
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on marine construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks on marine structures, equipment installations, and construction methodologies
• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain comprehensive site records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, subcontractors, and design engineers to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and procedures across all marine construction activities
• Identify and resolve technical challenges through analytical problem-solving and collaborative communication with project stakeholders
• Ensure all marine equipment, materials, and systems are properly installed, tested, and documented according to specifications
• Organize and manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment placement, and resource allocation
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and performance metrics for project management and stakeholder review

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• 4 - 5 years of similar experience
