Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor quality control and site safety standards
- Handle site measurements and material coordination
- Resolve technical and installation issues on-site
- Coordinate joinery works, finishing details, and retail fit-out installations
- Prepare progress reports and site documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in **retail fit-out projects**
- Good knowledge of **joinery works and interior finishes**
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong site coordination and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-track retail projects
- UAE experience is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
