• On-Site Execution & Supervision
Lead and supervise daily civil construction activities for villas and residential buildings, ensuring structural works, blockwork, plastering, and finishing match approved shop drawings.
• Authority & Code Compliance
Coordinate directly with consultants and inspectors to secure inspections and clearances.
• Engineering Submittals & Procurement
Prepare and track Material Submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), and method statements.
Coordinate material supply pipelines (such as concrete, blockwork, and waterproofing) to prevent site delays.
• Subcontractor & Interface Management
Manage site subcontractors, structural layout settings, and the structural interface between civil main works and specialized trade installations (such as MEP and facade envelopes).
• Progress Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project schedules, identify potential timeline risks, and prepare clear progress updates for project management and client representatives.
