Site Engineer Interior Fitout

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• .Monitor daily site progress and ensure the smooth coordination between different trades and subcontractors
• .Inspect site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards
• .Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and inspections
• .Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
• .Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are maintained at all times
• .Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and resource planning
• .Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related technical issues or design conflicts
• .Verify and certify subcontractor works and bills
• .Support the project team in achieving project milestones and timely completion
• .Qualifications and Skills
• :Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• .Minimum
• 2+ year
• s of experience in site execution within construction or contracting companies (building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects)
• .Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods
• .Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• .Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• .Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery
• .UAE driving license (preferred)

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with good communication and team collaboration
