Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer – Fitout to manage and supervise interior fitout projects on-site. The candidate will ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fitout projects
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Handle material requisitions and ensure proper usage on site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in interior fitout projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of drawings (AutoCAD, shop drawings, etc.)
• Experience in handling MEP coordination is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, retail, or residential fitout projects
• Knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and materials
• UAE experience preferred
