Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth and timely project execution.
- Interpret technical drawings and provide on-site engineering guidance and support.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and status reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues and delays efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry regulations.
- Skilled in project coordination and on-site team supervision.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
