Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a fast-track project for a period of 8-10 months.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil, landscaping, and fit-out works, with the ability to manage site activities efficiently within a tight project timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including civil work, landscaping, and fit-out.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Assist in material planning, procurement tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Liaise with consultants and client representatives for approvals and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant site experience.
- Proven experience in handling civil, landscaping, and interior fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract for 8-10 months.
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
- Candidates available in the UAE
