Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
with
3–5 years of experience in the contracting industry
to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for
villa and apartment projects
.
The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor the progress of villa and apartment construction works and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review technical drawings, resolve site-related issues, and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Verify material quantities, monitor material usage, and coordinate material deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients as required.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely closure of snagging and punch list items.
- Support project handover and documentation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, and quality control.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
