We specialise in the design and construction of luxury outdoor spaces, including swimming pools, landscaping, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, sports courts, irrigation systems, and hardscape works.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of landscaping and swimming pool construction projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a full-time, site-based role requiring close coordination with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and hardscape works.
- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
- Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Assist with site measurements, setting out, and quantity take-offs.
- Resolve technical issues and liaise with the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Attend consultant, client, and authority inspections when required.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pool construction, or civil works.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
- Experience managing labour teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, developer, and local authority requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
