Role overview
Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer role focused on large-scale interior fit-out and joinery projects.
The role requires timely delivery within budget and to high technical standards.
Project delivery and client coordination
- Manage project documentation and provide clients with status updates, including crew schedules and scope or schedule revisions.
- Maintain good client relationships and prepare summary reports, method statements, project status updates, and reports on problem areas.
- Review invoices and payment applications for accuracy and recommend approval or disapproval; prepare variation reports.
- Support timely invoice raising and follow up with clients on payment, including retention release.
- Obtain final customer certificates, archive project records, and prepare project close-out documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience on large-scale interior fit-out or joinery projects.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience.
- A driving license is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Selected candidate must relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting work.
