Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day landscape and swimming pool works on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, landscape architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pools, water features, and outdoor works.
- Read and interpret landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Inspect completed works and coordinate with consultants and clients during site inspections.
- Identify site issues, coordinate technical solutions, and prepare daily reports and material requirements.
- Ensure proper material use, minimize wastage, and comply with site safety requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
- Three to six years of experience is indicated for the role.
