Role Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare rate analyses, cost comparisons, and commercial proposals.
- Source landscape materials and reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers.
- Maintain supplier and material price databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials.
