About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage contractor personnel at the assigned site.
- Serve as the primary liaison between contractor program management and U.S. Government representatives.
- Facilitate coordination and communication with RSLFAC staff and leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure mission success and compliance with program requirements.
- Prepare and submit MSS/PSS and other required reports, including summaries of issues and recommended solutions.
- Manage administrative tasks, including potential oversight of petty cash accounts.
- Ensure proper communication of operational updates, challenges, and support requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree highly desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel and operations management within the last 10 years.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic (required).
