Overview
Coordinate with TC & CB to ensure all employees reach sites on time daily.
Coordinate with CB to ensure minimal absenteeism of employees.
Resolve day to day routine issues of employees on site.
Escalate major issues to PC.
Maintain up to date and correct data of all aspects of site operations.
Perform Time Keeping for all employees on site and ensure correct timesheets are sent to Head Office daily / weekly.
Coordinate with, reconcile and assist Client representatives on site to ensure we have the correct timesheets approved weekly.
Ensure all employees are adhering to Client’s rules, regulations and safety procedures on site.
Ensure any mobilization / demobilization / transfer is communicated to PC immediately in an
effective manner.
