Site Engineer (Civil)
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing civil works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.

Your Role
As a
Site Engineer (Civil),
- you will,
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities at the project site
- Ensure execution of works in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and HSE standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in civil engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Experience working on industrial facilities, pipelines, plants, or similar Oil & Gas projects
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations (HSE)
- Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
